Back To School Style Inspiration At Kohl's

Wow, this summer is going by really fast! I can't believe it's almost time for school to start again!! Parents, you know what that means, get ready to pull out your wallet because it's time to go back to school shopping! When I was in school, I loved back to school shopping even though my mom dreaded it, haha!! She had to get school gear for 3 kids so I don't blame her. One of the retail stores we shopped at for back to school clothes was Kohl's! Kohl's always had great deals going on! My sister and I would rack up on clothing!! I also remember going to Kohl's because they had the athletic apparel I needed, like Soffe shorts, for cheerleading. Today, I want to share with you some cute back to school outfits in the Juniors department at Kohl's!
The first outfit is a casual, everyday outfit. It's a SO Chambray Romper with a Mudd Notch Neck Tee. The SO Chambray Romper has 3 pockets, a front chest pocket, and two side pockets. Who doesn't love pockets?! This romper actually reminds me of overalls, but a more relaxed style! The shoulder straps are adjustable so you can tighten or loosen them to get the look you want. I paired the romper with the olive meadow Mudd Notch Neck Tee because the shirt is super comfortable and loose. The notch sticks out perfectly between the shoulder straps. I also love the analogous color scheme, the blue and green colors match well together. I paired this outfit with black sandals but this outfit can go well with tennis shoes as well!
When going back to school, you need a few fall outfits! This dressy outfit is perfect for the fall! It's a Solid Swing Dress and Kimono Set by Wallflower. The cranberry solid swing dress is scoop-neck and sleeveless. The kimono is white with a pretty, cranberry-butterscotch floral print. If it's still summer, you can pair this outfit with gold sandals. Add a scarf and brown booties so it will be perfect for the fall time!
When I was in school, I loved wearing comfortable clothes on my down days or when I knew I had cheerleading practice after school. Here's a more relaxed outfit that you can buy in the Juniors department at Kohl's! SO Tie-Dye Color-Block Mesh Spliced Leggings in the black and white print. I love these leggings because the print design reminds me of marble. Marble print, is a great trend right now! There's also mesh detail near the ankles and under the calves. I styled these leggings with the SO Slubbed Shirttail Tank in the color gray heather. It's loose and lightweight which is perfect to workout in.
The next casual outfit that I got from Kohl's is this SO Utility Shirtdress in the color muted plum. I love this shirtdress because you can dress it down or up and it has two front chest pockets. You can wear it when the weather is transitioning from summer to autumn! Also, multiple shoe styles can go with this shirtdress. I paired it with a cute watch, clear-framed specs, and black sandals. For fall, I would roll the sleeves down, pair it with a light gray or coffee colored batwing cardigan and an oversized scarf!
The last outfit I got from the Juniors department at Kohl's is a summer style. It's the Candie's Floral Maxi Romper in the color rose party. It has a beautiful floral print and a surplice neckline. I love that it has split short sleeves and a side tie sash! Even though it looks like a dress, it does have shorts attached which is why it's called a maxi romper. This romper can be dressed up or down, I only paired it with chambray block heels because the romper itself is a showstopper!
I hope these outfits give you or your child(ren) back to school outfit inspiration! Even if you're not in school, like me, these are great outfits to wear in general. Kohl's is also having a back to school sale, $10 off $50 back to school categories through 8/3-8/19 with the promo code BTS10. Let me know which outfit was your favorite in the comments below!
