Adora's 2nd Birthday Party!

The Birthday Girl!

The Birthday Girl!

Recently on March 6th, we celebrated our sweet girl's 2nd birthday!! I can't believe she's already 2. Time sure does fly by, before I know it she'll be 5 *literally freaking out*. Whenever I think about her growing up into a little girl, I immediately want to cuddle with her. Enjoying being able to hold her and carry her before she gets too big. On March 3rd, we celebrated Adora's birthday in Greenville, SC at Kangeroo Jax! We all had an great time. Adora was a bit cranky at first because she hadn't taken a nap yet but she warmed up towards the end!

The two main activities she loved were color at the art table and ride the merry-go-round. The venue was small but big enough to fit a few bouncers and slides, along with the merry-go-round and small Ferris wheel. They also had a few arcade games for the big kids. As well as a section for the toddlers! They outsource their pizza from Papa Johns, and they set up/clean up the party for you. We chose to decorate her birthday with a pink tablecloth, and pink and yellow balloons and multicolor plates that were included in the party package. So if you're ever in Greenville, SC and need to book a kids(2-12) birthday party, check out Kangeroo Jax!

Eating at the party.

I decided on getting her birthday cake from Sam's Club. My mom always says, "Sam's Club got the best cakes!" Boy, was she right!! I got Adora a cupcake cake instead though, half chocolate, half vanilla with whipped cream frosting. They were so delicious!! I've never eaten so many cupcakes. I also ate the icing instead of wiping most of it off. So, if you're the type of person to get a cake made at a grocery store's bakery, order it from Sam's Club!!

Overall, we all enjoyed ourselves, especially the kids. This was Adora's first birthday party since her dad couldn't get off for her first birthday. Adora surprised us while we were singing happy birthday to her because she was trying to blow out her candles. We've never taught her that. Well, other than blowing on hot food. So I guess she connected the two together or she saw it on a tv show, haha! Anyways, I just wanted to share with you guys how well her birthday party went! And to post the videos and pictures from her party! Thanks for reading and ta-ta for now!!
